Transit Link is an all-in-one public transit app that personalizes routes based on user preferences like comfort, speed, and transfer frequency.

Process
We identified public transit challenges through user interviews and creative matrices, refining our focus with a "How Might We" statement. After brainstorming solutions, we developed a low-fidelity prototype and pitched it to peers and design professionals. Feedback informed a mid-fidelity prototype, which we tested with users before refining it into a high-fidelity prototype.

Final Product
Transit Link offers personalized route recommendations, real-time updates, and an intuitive interface. We presented our final solution to our class, showcasing its potential to improve public transit experiences.
